Lebanon draft law to ban land sales between Christians, Muslims

A draft law submitted this January by Labor Minister Butros Harb, proposing a 15-year ban on land sales between Lebanese Christians and Muslims, has drawn controversy in Lebanon.   Harb says the law is a response to Christian concerns about Muslims buying up historically-Christian land.

    Quote the source in the lead…According to whom?
