Jesse Jackson Disappointed With MLB For KKK Questioning

On Jan. 31, 2008, Jesse Jackson was disappointed with Major League Baseball for asking neighbors of umpires a Ku Klux Klan question as part of its umpire investigations.

“Major League Baseball has done a disservice to its progressive social history by equating southern whites with white supremacists,” Jackson said.
